DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
1. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you through email, SMS, and or WhatsApp to confirm the receipt of your order and notify you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
2. For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), an additional confirmation message will be sent. The order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed by email/mobile.
3. Our delivery partners will ensure that the products are delivered as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or there is a delay, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Order Shipping
1. Most of the Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. At the time of check out, consumers will be informed of shipping and handling charges (If Any) before making a payment
3. To ensure the products and their packaging remain safe during shipment, we take extensive precautions. Packing our products in boxes involves wrapping each item with bubble wrap, while fragile items like bottles are protected with additional shrink wrap.
4. If there are any shortages or damage to the order, the customer service
representative must be notified within 7 days of delivery. It will take a minimum of 3 to 4 working days for us to investigate and review your complaint. In the event that a shipment is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it.
Order Cancellations
1. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
2. The discount vouchers (if any) are only valid for one-time use, so even if you cancel the order, they are deemed as withdrawn.
3. If a return is made or cancellation is made, we will initiate the refund once the
product is returned and the packing has been verified.
